Asociacioni i të Sëmuarëve nga Diabeti në Pejë (ASDP) me datë 23.09.2026 ka realizuar takimin e pare të Fascilitatorëve Bashkëmoshatar në të cilin jane definuar detyrat, aktivitetet dhe pergjegjësit e grupit.
Fascilitatorët Bashkëmoshatar do të zbatojnë programet e mbështetjes duke krijuar një mjedis ku pacientët ndajnë përvojat, mësojnë nga njëri-tjetri dhe motivojnë njëri-tjetrin për të ruajtur zakone të shëndetshme.
Ky aktivitet realizohet në kuadër të iniciativës “Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Patient Engagement Accelerator” mbështetur nga projekti Integrated Health Services (IHS).
The Association of Diabetes Patients in Peja (ASDP) on 23.09.2026 held the first meeting of Peer Facilitators in which the tasks, activities and responsibilities of the group were defined.
Peer Facilitators will implement support programs by creating an environment where patients share experiences, learn from each other, and motivate each other to maintain healthy habits.
This activity is carried out within the framework of the “Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Patient Engagement Accelerator” initiative supported by the Integrated Health Services (IHS) project.
