Kickboxing for ladies of any fitness level and ability. Classes are fun and challenging and maybe just what you're looking for. Beginners are always welcome.
The club was established in 2014 and is run by Sarah O'Donnell 3rd Degree black belt.

Awesome having these two powerhouses visit ladies' class, and we were all in awe of their 1,000 skips beforehand! When Gummi Bears gets them through gradings, we reinforce their powers with a medallion 😂
Apparently singing to each other helps, however badly! They didn't even realise they'd done horse stance for 4 mins! Super strong finish to a two-part grading 🤩 Massive well done to Sarett and Tammy - you've made Larry and I very proud, and those belts are very well deserved for all the hard work and sore bodies and pushing through x

ACKB had a great day at the developmental comp in Brits yesterday.
Three fighters stepped on the mat and one stepped into the ring, all for the first time.
Massive well done to all of our fighters! You put in the effort and training, and between all of you, walked out with 12 gold and 3 silver.
You had to fight hard for those medals and you are all champs.
Thank you to everyone that came through to support, who worked as table judges, scorers, Refs and coaches.
