🎄 December Bookings: Important Update! 💅✨

​December bookings will open during the first week of November. 🗓️

​This year, things will run a bit differently. With limited time available before heading off on leave, my goal is to keep the schedule seamless and eliminate open gaps so that everyone who wants a spot can get one! 💖

​💳 Booking & Payment Policy

​Full Payment Required: To secure your spot, full payment is required upon booking. Clients with valid vouchers may use them as payment! 🎟️ Appointments are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

​Select Correct Treatments: Please ensure you choose all intended treatments at the time of booking (e.g., full set, toes, or extensions). ⌛ I cannot guarantee extra time will be available if you wish to add services later!

​Nail Art Heads-Up: If you are planning detailed nail art, please let me know in advance so I can allocate enough time! 🎨 Main treatments must be paid upfront, but extra nail art costs can be settled after your appointment in December.

​Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 72 hours' notice—where a suitable alternative date cannot be found—will result in a forfeited payment. ⏳

​📅 Rescheduling & Appointments

​Availability: Any rescheduling will depend strictly on remaining open slots.

​No Time Swapping: I will not ask other clients to move or switch their appointment times, as this creates unnecessary administration and is unfair to those who stick to their original slots. Thank you for understanding! 🙏

​🎅 Holiday Season Preparedness

​The holiday rush is almost here, so please plan ahead and lock in your dates early! 🥳

​I always do my absolute best to send out reminders—whether you have an upcoming appointment or still need to book one. 📩 If you already have a booking that needs to be adjusted, please let me know as soon as possible!

​Please also keep in mind that outside of my business, I am centered around my little family. 👨‍👩‍👧❤️ School schedules can be unpredictable, and end-of-year events or dance competitions are sometimes communicated with short notice. 🩰

In the rare event that family commitments affect your appointment, I will reach out to you directly to arrange a new date that suits you.
