A few healthy nail habits to adopt

1️⃣ cuticle oil is a MUST . Keep a little bottle in your bag or next to your nightstand. Apply as often as possible on your cuticle , nail and under your nails.

2️⃣ NEVER pull of your nail enhancements - even if it’s peeling, chipped or lifting . You will be peeling off layers of your nail with it . Book a soak off instead.

3️⃣ MOISTURIZE your hands throughout the day. Keep a little hand cream in your bag & next to the tap.
