It’s only a Tuesday
The “it’s only a Tuesday “ brand is created for mental health as it’s a really important part of me

Hi crew for those that keep checking thanks but here is what's been going on
Lately, I’ve been struggling more than I think people realize.
Mentally and emotionally, I feel exhausted. Not just tired from everyday life, but tired in a way that makes even the smallest things feel overwhelming. I’m trying to pick myself back up and navigate my life again while carrying so many emotions at once.
Having family who left and is now back in my life has brought up feelings I’m still trying to understand. My husband keeps reminding me that I need to stop allowing people to use me, take advantage of my kindness, or treat me like I’m only valuable when I’m convenient for them. And I’m realizing that setting boundaries is harder than I ever thought it would be.
Then there’s the constant negativity, opinions, and input from people around me. My kids’ schools, the lack of communication from teachers, parenting, family, relationships… it all just keeps piling up.
Sometimes I feel like my mind never gets a chance to be quiet.
I’m overwhelmed. I’m emotionally drained. I’m trying to hold everything together while inside, I feel like I’m slowly falling apart.
And the hardest part is that I don’t always know how to explain what I’m feeling. I can smile, show up, take care of my responsibilities, and still be struggling internally.
Mental health isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it looks like someone who is still doing everything they’re supposed to do while desperately trying not to break down.
Right now, I’m trying to give myself permission to not have all the answers. To set boundaries without feeling guilty. To step away from negativity. To stop being everything for everyone. And to understand that taking care of myself isn’t selfish.
I’m not giving up. I’m just tired.
I’m trying to find my way back to myself, one day at a time. And maybe right now, that’s enough. ❤️🩹

The scariest thing about resentment is that you rarely notice when it takes hold.
It starts with one disappointment. Then another. You tell yourself you're fine. You keep going. You smile. You stay quiet.
Until one day you realize you're angry all the time. Everything feels heavy. Small things trigger you. You replay old conversations, imagine different endings, and carry battles that ended long ago.
That's when it hits you.
You're no longer just holding on to the pain—the pain is holding on to you.
And the hardest part? You want to let it go, but you've lived with it for so long that you can't remember what life feels like without it.
Resentment doesn't trap you all at once. It builds the cage one memory, one hurt, one unspoken truth at a time.
The moment you realize you're in the middle of it is also the moment you can begin finding your way out.

Some of the worst demons don't live in your mind—they come disguised as people, places, and memories you spent years trying to escape.
Then one day, the trauma you buried comes crashing back, and you realize you never truly healed... you just learned how to survive.
The hardest part is watching the people who abandoned you in your darkest moments find their way back into your life, expecting the same love, loyalty, and strength you gave them before.
And somehow, despite everything they put you through, you're still the one standing beside them when their world falls apart.
There's a different kind of pain in realizing you were always there for people who were never there for you. It leaves scars no one can see and teaches lessons no one should have to learn.
Some wounds don't bleed. They simply remind you that not everyone who says they love you will stay when you need them most.

Sometimes people think OCD is just liking things clean.
It isn't.
It's repainting the same wall because your mind says it's still not right.
It's scrubbing and cleaning until your hands crack and bleed because stopping feels impossible.
It's chasing a feeling of "just right" that never comes.
It's being exhausted by rituals your brain insists you repeat, even when you know they don't make sense.
The hardest part is that no matter how much you do, your brain still won't let you believe it's enough.
OCD isn't about perfection.
It's about being trapped in a cycle of anxiety and compulsions that steals your time, your energy, and your peace.
If you've ever felt ashamed because you couldn't explain why you kept doing something, you're not alone. Many people live with OCD that others never see.
This is what OCD can look like. It's not a choice. It's not a personality trait. It's a real mental health condition, and people living with it deserve understanding, not judgment. 💚

Here's a polished version of your post that keeps the emotion and vulnerability while making it flow more naturally.
There are days when anxiety hits so hard it genuinely feels like you're dying. Your chest tightens, your mind races, and no matter how many times you've been through it, it still feels terrifying.
Then OCD joins in, turning every thought into a spiral you can't seem to escape. You sit there crying, and somehow the crying makes the anxiety feel even bigger. The thoughts get louder, the fear grows stronger, and before you know it, you're completely overwhelmed.
The hardest part is that you know the tools. You know the breathing techniques, the grounding exercises, the coping strategies. But sometimes you're so deep in the spiral that you can't even reach for them. You're stuck in a situation you don't know how to handle, and for a moment, it feels like nothing will help.
Mental health isn't always about not knowing what to do. Sometimes it's about knowing exactly what to do but not having the strength to do it in that moment.
If you've ever felt this way, please know you're not alone. ❤️

They love your kindness.
They admire your strength.
They praise your reliability.
They tell you how much they need you...
But when the calls stop, the silence gets loud.
Your worth was never meant to depend on how useful you are to others.
You deserve love when you're giving, when you're resting, when you're struggling, and even when you have nothing left to offer.
You are enough—not because you're needed, but because you exist. 🖤

Every day is a new opportunity, and today I choose gratitude. 🌟
I’m grateful for every blessing, every challenge that made me stronger, and every lesson that shaped the person I’m becoming. Life may not always go as planned, but every step has a purpose, and every setback is preparing us for something greater.
To everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me—thank you. Your kindness and love remind me that we are never alone on this journey.
No matter where you are today, keep believing, keep growing, and keep moving forward. Your best days are still ahead of you. Stay hopeful, stay humble, and never stop giving thanks for the gift of another day.
A grateful heart creates a joyful life, and a positive mindset opens doors to endless possibilities. Here's to embracing every moment with faith, courage, and gratitude. The future is bright! 💙✨

Some of us reach a point where everything has to change.
We throw things away.
We clean every corner.
We paint the walls a calming white.
We push our bodies to their limits.
Not because we suddenly love change, but because we're searching for something that makes the noise inside our minds quiet.
When nothing seems to heal your mind, and nothing ever feels perfect enough, you start changing everything around you, hoping something inside you changes too.
Maybe it's not really about the walls, the clutter, or the workouts.
Maybe it's about trying to find your way back to yourself.
And if you're in that season, I hope you remember this: healing doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it begins the moment you stop expecting perfection and start giving yourself grace.
