Now that I’m in my 40s, I’ve started paying much more attention to my skin—not just my face, but my hands too. I’ve noticed they’re becoming drier, and those little lines seem to appear more every year.

A friend recently reminded me of something I’d completely overlooked: wear sunscreen on the backs of your hands every single day—even in winter. ☀️

Our hands are constantly exposed to UV rays while driving, walking outside, and even during gel or acrylic nail appointments where UV/LED lamps are used. It’s one of the easiest ways to help prevent premature ageing.

I’ve started keeping a nourishing mineral sunscreen in my handbag so I never forget. Small daily habits really do make the biggest difference.

After a long day or tough workout, treat yourself to a relaxing bath that soothes both body and mind 💜
My go-to DIY bath blend:
🛁 1 cup Epsom Salt
🛁 ½ cup Baking Soda
🛁 1 tbsp carrier oil
💜 3 drops Lavender
🌿 2 drops Copaiba
✨ 2 drops Frankincense
🌼 Optional: 1 drop Roman Chamomile
Soak for 20–30 minutes and enjoy:
