I'm not a fan of the Sudocrem + toothbrush trend.
While Sudocrem can be helpful for soothing irritated skin or the occasional inflamed pimple, it's not designed to be used as a daily facial cream. Because it's a thick barrier cream, it may clog pores and contribute to breakouts in some people.
And the toothbrush? That's a definite no from me. The bristles can damage your skin barrier, leading to irritation, redness, and sensitivity.
Healthy skin comes from the right products, consistency, and evidence-based skincare—not viral trends. 💚
