Monday Prayer
This afternoon my Bible, journals and little scraps of paper are spread all over the table.
I've spent time reading, praying, asking questions, and trying to make sense of the things on my heart.
This week my study has taken me into Hosea, and one of the things that stood out to me is that people don't connect with perfection. They connect with presence, especially when it's honest.
I think that's true of our relationship with God too.
We don't need to have all the answers before we come to Him.
We just need to come.
Lord, as we begin a new week, help us to trust You with what we don't understand, carry only what You've asked us to carry, and take the next faithful step.
Amen.

As I begin a new week, I'm reminded that faithfulness is often found in ordinary days.
One step. One prayer. One act of obedience at a time.
This week I found myself reading about Paul.
What struck me was not how much he accomplished, but how faithfully he kept going.
