Carol & Nicky warmly invite you to an intimate Full Moon Cacao Ceremony & Restorative Yoga Experience - a soulful evening created to nourish your heart, calm your mind, and restore your body.

As the Full Moon reaches its peak, we will gather in sacred circle to share the gentle, heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao. Together, we will release what no longer serves us, awaken our inner wisdom, and plant powerful intentions for the month ahead, allowing the Full Moon’s energy to illuminate the path toward our deepest desires.

We will then surrender into a deeply restorative yoga journey, where every posture invites relaxation, healing, and renewal. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.

Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning to this sacred space, this is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and receive.
