Today was not easy, but you simply refused to let age define what you are capable of and continued to inspire us all. The example you set is one of showing up, pushing through and proving that strength is built not only in the body, but in the mind and heart.

There is something truly special about friendships that have stood the test of time.

This weekend was filled with laughter, endless conversations, cherished memories, and the kind of comfort that only comes from being surrounded by women who have walked alongside you through so many seasons of life.

As we celebrate Women’s Day, I am reminded of the incredible strength, resilience, wisdom, and sisterhood that women bring into each other’s lives.
