Created by Christél Beukes, qualified IIN Health Coach (Institute of Integrated Nutrition), Glow Gathering is a women's wellness community hosting intimate events built around meaningful connection, honest conversations and the quiet reminder that caring for yourself doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes, it begins with slowing down, sharing stories and feeling truly seen.

Perhaps that's why this friendship feels so effortless.

At Lyftaal, we believe restoration happens when we create space for the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to become still. Glõw holds that same intention differently – gathering women around a table, making room for reflection, encouragement and genuine connection.

We're so grateful to celebrate communities like Glõw Gatherings, where women are reminded that they don't have to navigate life alone.
