A gentle morning dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and embracing the softer side of wellness as we welcome the new season.

🎵 Kids Hip Hop with Roxi has been an absolute hit! The energy, laughter and smiles have been contagious, and it’s been wonderful seeing the kids grow in confidence while having so much fun. We’d love to welcome even more young dancers this Friday at 3:30pm.
