Finally… after years of ups and downs with my health, hormones, depression, weight, and energy , I feel like I can finally share part of my journey. ❤️

I tried EVERYTHING.

From being vegan, to banting, to “healthy eating,” to exercising consistently… I kept trying. I kept fighting. But no matter how hard I worked, it felt like I kept hitting a wall.

What many people did not see behind the scenes was the severe PMDD I was suffering with. I have battled with it since puberty, but going into my late thirties my symptoms became unbearable. The brain fog, emotional crashes, depression, exhaustion, inflammation, feeling like I could not cope with life anymore… was devastating.

On top of that, autoimmune diseases run in my family. My sister passed away from one, so I knew I had to take inflammation seriously. I started focusing on a low-inflammatory lifestyle and diet, and although I could get it right about 70% of the time, I would still crash physically and emotionally.

But I kept going.

This year, after doing extensive research (which is very much me 😅), I decided to try a GLP-1. I only used it for 2 months… but something incredible happened.

Not only did I finally break through the weight-loss and exercise wall, I realised that micro-dosing (using the lowest dose) of GLP-1s dramatically improved my PMDD symptoms too. I stopped using them for weight loss and started using GLP 1’s in micro-doses to support my healthy lifestyle.

This has been LIFE-CHANGING.

My exercise routine became more consistent! I did not crash anymore!
My inflammation dropped.
My emotional regulation improved.
My brain fog lifted.
My habits became easier to maintain.
My need to emotionally eat calmed down.
My need to eat healthy improved!
My energy improved.
My mind became clearer.

For the first time in YEARS, my body and brain felt like they were working WITH me instead of against me.
