I am back in the land of the living and had a fabulous surprise visit from my best friend... so it only seemed right to try out a new trend hitting Spring in the Northern Hemisphere on her... The Teal Liner...
So this week I am out of town and venturing to the bush. Now it is only instinct to want to pack make up whenever I leave to go away. Since I am only going to the bush and chances of human interaction are slim, I've decided that to minimise my travel kit to face base, mascara, lip and cheek stain and gel eye liner.
In my perfect world, I recommend that you pack the following in your bag when travelling:
-concealer
-loose powder
-gel liner
-eye whitener
-a 4 colour compact eye shadow
-lipstick (pink, to also be used as a blush)
-waterproof mascara
That's just me. What do you pack in your travel kit??

Tip of the Week:
WASH YOUR FACE!!
Set your skin free from make up at the end of the day. No matter how natural make up becomes, it is still a foreigner on our skin and to leave it on over night will cause pimples, break outs and rashes. Rather take the extra 5mins and wash your face. If you feel like your skin needs a total break then I suggest you only apply only a toner in the evening (rose water and witch hazel is the best) after washing.
