Our school promote pole dance fitness as a competitive dance discipline performing gymnastic tricks on a vertical pole choreographed into a graceful dance and we do not in any way associate ourselves with, or perform at any public erotic or sexual expo's, clubs, shows, institutions, companies etc. We aim to keep the art of pole dance clean, for all ages and we are trying ver

POLE CLASSES:
No Nudity/Stripping
Ladies only
1 hour classes. In your pole classes you will learn the following: pole fitness, pole dancing, chair dancing, floor dancing, choreography & stretching. CLASS TIMES:

Certificate on completion of course. What to wear to classes:
Tracksuit pants with hot pants underneath and a t-shirt or spaghetti strap top. Please do wear your hot pants as with some of the moves you need your skin to grip. What to bring with you to class:
Water bottle and a small towel. AGE RESTRICTION:
There is NO age restriction. Any one can do pole dance fitness as a sport as it is a similar sport to gymnastics and acrobatics. And that is exactly what it is, a sport and nothing else, and it contains NO nudity or stripping whatsoever. If under 18 years of age, parent's/legal guardian's consent will be needed. DESCRIPTION OF POLE DANCE FITNESS:
Pole dancing is strictly an acrobatic and gymnastic orientated dance discipline and there is absolutely NO NUDITY OR STRIPPING involved. Pole dancing is a form of performing art, a combination of dancing and acrobatics. It requires significant strength, flexibility, fitness and endurance. (1) We DO NOT do any events where there are male or female strippers or any kind of nudity involved, as we promote pole dance fitness as a sport and do not associate our pole school with any type of nudity/stripping/erotic dancing types etc. No men allowed.
