MASCARA TIPS FROM ALECIA 👀✨

Are you using waterproof mascara every day? Here’s why I don’t recommend it for everyday use! 👇🏼

For myself, I prefer a normal mascara, but when it comes to my clients, I always use waterproof mascara, because emotions, heat, sweat and long days can quickly turn into unwanted raccoon eyes! 😂

One of my favourite combos is the L’Oréal Lash Paradise Primer + Mascara. I apply the white primer first, wait until it turns clear, and then apply the black mascara over it. Two coats and you’ve got lashes that look thicker, fluffier and longer! 🤍

And if you are using waterproof mascara, remember this important tip: use an oil-based makeup remover. Don’t scrub and pull at your lashes trying to remove it!

Alecia’s go-to? Garnier Micellar Water with oil, the yellow one! Shake it well, apply it to cotton wool, and it makes removing waterproof eye makeup so much easier. ✨
