A standard facial relies on manual technique: hands, products, and physical extraction to clean and exfoliate the skin. It works, but results depend heavily on pressure, timing, and technique, which means they can vary treatment to treatment.

The Black Diamond Facial works differently. A thin layer of carbon (crushed into a fine paste) is applied to the skin. Carbon has a natural affinity for absorbing heat and impurities, it draws oil, debris and dead skin cells up out of the pores as it sits. ✨

Then comes the science: a laser is passed over the carbon layer. The laser energy is selectively absorbed by the carbon particles, which heat up rapidly and shatter into micro-fragments, taking the trapped oil, debris and outer dead skin cells with them as they lift off the skin.

That controlled photothermal (light-to-heat) reaction is what sets it apart:
