It’s been crazy chilly in Zambia lately 😭 Gloomy skies, no sun, and you can’t even tell the difference if it’s 5am or 5pm. 🥶 🥶
When there’s no sun, your body stops making "Vitamin D" naturally.

That’s why I’m running *D-SUPREME Colecalciferol 1000 IU* this season 🔥

*What D-SUPREME does for you..
- ✅Boosts your immune system so you don’t catch every cold going around

- ✅Helps absorb zinc & iron* for better overall health
- ✅Supports healthy skin & weight management.
- ✅More Superior Formulation + Absorption + Dosing* with MCT Oil for faster results

With the sun hiding and temps dropping, most of us in Lusaka aren’t getting enough Vitamin D right now. One soft-gel a day keeps you feeling strong, active, and focused all winter long.💪

D- Supreme By Empowered Consumerism the Best your money can buy....
✅ COLLAGEN & VITAMIN C
A lack of Vitamin D in the Body is linked to muscle weakness. The platysma muscle in your neck helps support the Jawline; if weakened, it provides less structural support, making Fat layers in your Body/ neck to Sag!👌and your muscle Tone..
Now.... Vitamin C deficiency affects your body's ability to produce Collagen. As skin ages and collagen levels drops too.(starting from / in our mid-20s), the skin loses elasticity, causing any underlying Fats to become loooooose.... causing things to start hanging in places they aren't supposed to SAG and create a more prominent double Chin..
Menopause: Hormonal shifts during menopause also lower estrogen levels, which can both reduce your skin elasticity and encourage Fat storage in the Neck and Jawline areas...
If you know, you know... Info Is Power!!!

He Married Me Out of Pity

For three years, I believed I had found love.

When I met him, he had just come out of a relationship a month after breaking up with the woman he once loved. At the time, I told myself it didn’t matter. We talked, we laughed, and he was gentle with me. He listened. He cared. I thought that was love. I didn’t know I was a rebound wearing the clothes of a future wife.

I loved him loudly and without fear. I told him how much he meant to me, how much I dreamed of marriage, of building a home, of forever. I gave him my whole heart, believing love would grow if I nurtured it enough.

But he never stopped talking about her.
Her name lived between us how she hurt him, how much money he spent on her, how deeply she wounded him. Even when he held me, she was there. I felt it, but I stayed. I told myself healing takes time. I told myself love is patient.

One day, he came home and said he had money saved. He said he was ready to marry me.
I was happy. I was excited. I ignored the quiet voice inside me that asked, Why now? I said yes.

We prepared the wedding in just three months.

Everything I chose was my dream my dress, my
vision, my joy. But he was never really there. When I went for fittings, he was always “busy.” He didn’t want to tailor his suit, so I ordered it online for him. I carried the weight of preparation alone, thinking that was just what love required.

The wedding day was beautiful. Sweet. Perfect on the outside.

But marriage is not made of one day.

After the wedding, I followed tradition. I went to stay with his mother for two weeks, as a good African bride should to learn, to respect, to belong. Two weeks became three. Three became four. And my husband disappeared.

No calls. No messages. No concern.

A month later, he finally came back and told me he had lost his phone. He said my number was saved under on his phone only and since he lost the phone in Pretoria, he had no way of contacting me. Yet I heard him speak to his parents. I heard his voice. Just not for me.

I didn’t question him. I didn’t fight. I was a good wife.

When I finally returned to him, things changed. Slowly at first. He came home late. He drank too much. He became distant. We were supposed to sign our marriage papers at Home Affairs he missed the appointment. That’s when fear settled in my chest.

I started asking questions. Every day. Not because I wanted to nag but because I could feel something breaking.

One day, he finally told me the truth.

He said he married me because he felt sorry for me.

Because I loved him so much.
Because he felt pressured.
Because he thought marriage would fix his pain.

In that moment, everything made sense.
I was never the woman he chose I was the woman he settled for.

And loving someone out of pity is not love.
It is slow abandonment.

I didn’t lose my marriage that day.
I lost it the moment he said yes without loving me back.
