The YSM Brand

YSM CULINARY FAMILY NOTICE 🤎

As YSM Culinary continues to grow and evolve, I’d like to share a small but important shift in our focus.

When I first relocated to Lusaka, I introduced breakfast, lunch and dinner options as a way of building our presence, creating exposure and getting YSM Culinary into the food space. Now that we are more established, I have a much clearer vision of where I want to take the brand.

YSM Culinary is now officially meal-prep focused.

Meal prepping is simply the planning, preparing and portioning of meals ahead of time, making it easier to stay consistent with your nutrition, save time and make better food choices. This also ties beautifully into YSM Fitness, because your fitness journey doesn’t stop at the gym — what you eat and how you plan your meals plays a huge role too.

But don’t worry — breakfast, lunch and dinner aren’t going anywhere! 🤎

In fact, meal prepping means there will always be freshly prepared meals available. The meals prepared for our meal-prep orders will also allow us to continue offering breakfast, lunch and dinner options on a daily basis, subject to availability.

So essentially, we’re not closing a door — we’re simply giving YSM Culinary a clearer direction.

Thank you for continuing to support and grow with me. This next chapter is about making YSM Culinary more intentional, sustainable and aligned with the bigger YSM vision.

Welcome to the next chapter of YSM Culinary. 🤎

The YSM Brand Experience I’m still on a burgundy in bloom high 🥂💫

A NEW CHAPTER FOR YSM.

YSM is evolving — with a clearer focus on what we do best.

YSM Skin is officially discontinued. Skincare is best left to the experts, while YSM moves forward with Culinary, Meal Prep, Fitness, Premium Dining Experiences and Lifestyle.

Our focus is now YSM Meal Prep, while The YSM Experience continues 2–3 times a year, with our next experience coming in February 2027 for Valentine’s Day.

And you don’t have to wait for an event. We bring the YSM Experience to you — from intimate celebrations to private dining in your home or chosen venue.

Coming soon: House of YSM — apparel, merchandise and curated YSM products.

Culinary. Meal Prep. Fitness. Fine Dining. Lifestyle.

This is the new YSM. 🤎
