✨ RF Skin Tightening 4th session in✨
A little progress, a lot of consistency! 🤍
My lovely client has been staying consistent with her treatments, and we’re seeing progress towards her skin tightening goals. RF skin tightening is a gradual process that stimulates collagen production, so patience and consistency are key, especially when working towards more specific results.
We’re loving seeing her progress and look forward to continuing this journey with her! ✨🤍
Every client is different, and results vary for each individual depending on their skin and response to treatment.

1 YEAR 🤍🤍 well, just over! 😜✨
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my little business! I’ve loved being a part of your journeys and doing what I love every day. 🥹🤍
Without you, I wouldn’t have a business, and I’m forever grateful for every single one of you! 🫶🏼🤍

A little re introduction 🤍
Hi I’m Jas 🤍 the face behind N**e Confidence, part of our beautiful blended family of 6, and just a woman trying to navigate all the beautiful, busy and sometimes chaotic parts of life.
Before babies, I was a PT and fitness instructor and I loved being part of people’s journeys. I loved seeing that little shift in someone when they started feeling more confident in themselves.
A few years ago, before having my babies, I found these treatments for myself after loose skin on my stomach became a big insecurity of mine. Since then I’ve had babies, gained weight, gone through my own body changes and found myself coming back to these treatments throughout my own journey.
That’s really where N**e Confidence came from. My own insecurities, my own experiences and wanting to help other women feel a little more confident in themselves too.
So here’s a little glimpse into my world. Our family, the chaos, the laughs, the mess and everything in between.🤍

No two bodies are the same and your body goals shouldn’t be either. 🤍
Between work, family, life and everything in between, finding time for yourself can be hard.
RF skin tightening • Fat Cavitation • EMS Sculpt treatments are designed around your individual goals, whether you’re looking to target the appearance of cellulite, stubborn areas of fat, skin firmness and tightening or muscle toning/stimulation.
Everyone’s journey is different, so the number of sessions can vary depending on your goals, lifestyle and how your body responds to the treatments.
Your body. Your goals. Your journey. ✨

Not to be dramatic… but December is basically around the corner 😂
And if “make more time for myself” is still sitting on your 2026 to-do list… same. 🫠
Between work, kids, family, relationships, errands & life… we somehow always end up at the bottom of our own list.
So here’s your reminder: YOU ARE allowed to make time for YOU too 🤍
Mama or not, busy woman life is real. Let’s make room for connection, fun & feeling like ourselves again. 🫶🏼

My version of making time for me 🤍
Because sometimes confidence isn’t about doing more… it’s about making a little space for yourself and actually committing to it.
Sculpt & Glow ✨

A little glimpse into the everyday chaos that I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Joke’s on them… my camera roll is basically one long advertisement for body contouring. 😂🤍

Weekly body sculpting appointments > couples therapy. 🤣🤍
(I’m kidding… mostly.)
