Its been a while since I’ve shown my face on social media. I much prefer being behind the scenes.

My name is Lindsay & I am the owner of Ahyoka Wellness.

I am a mum of 3 beautiful children, I have an amazingly supportive partner to walk through life with. I am blessed 🙏

I love animals we two cats, two dogs, 2 axolotls, bearded dragon & 5 chickens.

I love to exercise whether it’s walking with a friend, exercising either friends combat, pump, yoga or tunctional strength.

I love to cook from scratch & love all types of food from indian, mexican, moroccan, Italian & so much more.
Cooking for family & friends fills my cup.

I created Ahyoka Wellness after going through some devastating trauma within my personal & working life.
It really changed me, I’d lived in fight or fight for over 25yrs.
I began my healing journey in my late teens,and as I gently chip away I learn so much each & every day. It’s a remarkable life we live getting to know ourselves. ❤️

I love working with energy and holding space for every person that comes through our doors. ✨

Yesterday we came together for our Sunday Stillness yoga class w meditation & sound journey.

The theme of our practice was Growth

Challenging ourselves to step out of our comfort zones - whether that means taking our practice up a notch of challenging yourself to rest when you need to and listen to your body.

Followed by our Aromatherapy Facial to cleanse, exfoliate & rejuvenate your whole body from head to toe. You will simply float out of the studio.

This package starts with our Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage. A great way to relieve tension from the neck & shoulders. Followed by our Mini Aromatherapy Facial that includes cleansing & exfoliation of the skin, mud mask & followed by a replenishing face massage with our sacred serum to release any tension.

Pure Restore $220.00
Starting with our Hot Stone Massage, perfectly warmed stones combined with a therapeutic oil relieve tightness in your muscles. Followed by our Indian Head massage relieving tension in those tender spots. This package is a beautiful way to restore the mind & body.

Hi everyone

Our Sunday Stillness Yoga class is a wonderful time to connect with yourself. It’s a time to come together unwind the mind & free the body, in preparation for the week ahead.

We start with gentle movement by practicing Hatha Yoga, lengthening & stretching our bodies making way for new growth. Then followed by a heartfelt meditation, its to relax & unravel the mind.
Then to embrace our crystal singing bowls to harmonise the whole body & you will simply leave lighter & wholesome.

If you wanted to try Yoga and just not too sure, then I welcome you to come along. No yoga experience required - everyone is welcome Beginners & Intermediate.
