Active Muscle Therapy
Remedial, Sports & Relaxation Massage
Relax. Restore. Recover. Full-body wellness designed to repair, reset and unwind.
There’s something beautiful about finding the flow of a treatment.
Cupping therapy doing its work while my hands move through the erector spinae, rhomboids and traps — feeling, responding and working with what the body gives me.
No two treatments are ever quite the same. It’s not about following a routine; it’s about slowing down enough to feel what needs attention and allowing the treatment to unfold from there.
A little glimpse into what I love doing.

Have you ever felt tightness or stiffness that just won't go away, even after a massage? Often, it's not just your muscles that need attention—it's your fascia. Fascia is the thin but incredibly strong connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints, nerves, and organs.
When it becomes tight, restricted, or "stuck" due to injury, stress, poor posture, or repetitive movement, it can cause pain, reduced mobility, and tension throughout the body. This is where myofascial release comes in. When I perform myofascial release during a massage, I use slow, sustained pressure to gently stretch and release restrictions within the fascia.
Unlike traditional massage techniques that often involve gliding over the muscles with oil, myofascial release is typically slower and more focused, allowing the fascia time to soften and lengthen. Some of the techniques I use include sustained holds, gentle stretching, skin rolling, cross-hand fascial stretches, and targeted pressure to areas of restriction. These techniques encourage the fascia to release naturally, helping restore movement and reduce discomfort.
Many of my clients notice improved flexibility, better posture, less pain, and an overall feeling of moving more freely after incorporating myofascial release into their treatments. It's especially beneficial for chronic aches and pains, old injuries, tension headaches, and areas that just seem to stay tight no matter what.
I love including myofascial release in my treatments because it allows me to work beyond the muscles and address the connective tissue that plays such an important role in how your body feels and functions.
Every treatment is tailored to what your body needs, with the goal of helping you move more comfortably, feel less restricted, and get back to doing the things you enjoy. If you've been living with persistent tension or pain, it might be time to give your fascia some attention. Your body will thank you.

What do massage therapists do on their day off? 🤔
We practise on each other and keep learning new techniques! 💆♀️✨
One of the therapies we've been working with is cupping, which is a fantastic addition to a regular massage. It can help reduce muscle pain and tension, improve circulation, and increase range of motion.
And yes... those famous cupping marks! 😄 They look dramatic but are a normal response to treatment and usually fade within a few days. So, it might not be the treatment to book right before wearing that little black dress! 😂
As with any treatment, we'll always explain the benefits and any potential side effects so you know exactly what to expect.
Have you tried cupping before?
