I thought cycle tracking was just about knowing when my period was coming.

What I didn’t expect was to start recognising myself.

My energy. My confidence. My sensitivity. My need for space. The moments I wanted to connect, create, retreat or rest.

And after seeing the same things appear again and again, something shifted.

Instead of thinking, what is wrong with me today?
I could think, Ahhhh I know what's happening!

That kind of self-recognition is one of the most powerful things cycle awareness has given me.
