We’re so excited to be bringing back a few free community classes this month, and launch our first round of Mat Bootcamp!

You’ve loved our Spin + Bootcamp Hybrid, so we’re finally launching full 45 minute Mat Bootcamp classes.

Mondays | 10:00am with Amy
Wednesdays | 9:30am with Elo

Expect to strengthen through compound and functional movements, isolation work, and power circuits all on your own mats. Our very first class kicks off this Wednesday at 9:30am!

Community classes are open to newcomers, friends & family of our members, or anyone who simply just wants to move for free 🤗
