Those little red dots? They’re called cherry angiomas.
They’re very common and usually harmless, but if you’d rather not see them, laser removal is one option.
I use the Cynosure Elite iQ to send controlled laser energy straight to the visible vessel. Afterwards the spot may darken or form a small crust, then it gradually heals.
Every spot is assessed first. I only treat it when laser removal is the right choice.

Not all acne is the same, so it doesn't all respond to the same thing.
Blackheads and whiteheads are clogged pores. Papules and pustules are inflammation. Nodules and cysts sit deep in the skin. Marks and scars are what's left behind. Each one needs a different approach, at home and in studio.
