Cancellations within 48 hours will result in 50% charge of your total booking to the card on file.

No shows and same day cancellations will result in 100% charge.

If your card on file does not go through for the cancellation cost you will be blocked from future online booking and will have to call to book and pay in advance moving forward.

We keep the lights up in the Fika lounge in case you’re looking to read, but don’t feel like you’re stuck there after you order a drink- our entire space is licensed 🥂

The relaxation headspa is performed by an aesthetican and includes a mini facial. This service is also available as a couple service

*scalp analysis & cleansing are not included (only with a headspa experience performed by a hairstylist)

Himalayan Bliss Wrap & scrub is available as a solo or couples service. 💆🏻‍♀️

The service starts with applying a warm, mineral-rich salt treatment using relaxing application techniques which gently exfoliate and promote deep cellular purification which is intensified once you become wrapped in the sauna blanket while you receive a scalp massage.

Warm towels gently remove the salt, followed by rich creams are massaged into to key areas like the back, legs, and arms.

When you book any service Tuesday-Thursday you get an optional complimentary hour of thermal therapy at our indoor Nordic spa.

A massage with an RMT may be exactly what you need. We provide receipts for insurance but to not direct bill.

1 hour of thermal is still included with rmt massage Tuesday-Thursday however unlike other services it’s recommended to thermal BEFORE your massage as it can help prepare your muscles
