As we head into our busy season, we would like to welcome all of our new clients and say thank you to our wonderful regulars for your continued support!

Here are some reminders to help us keep everything running smoothly for you:

- Please remove shoes and place on the shoe trays to help keep the floors clean and dry.

- We enforce a 24 hour policy between tans, so please ensure you are not booking within 24 hours of your last tan.

- Please make sure you are booking the type of bed that you have minutes for. If you book the wrong bed, we may not have availability in the correct bed at that time.

- If you need to use the washroom, please do so before checking in. Once you check in, your 5 minute delay begins.
The washroom is at the end of the hall to the left.

- If you are running late, please call us so we can make arrangements to move your appointment back or switch you with another client. We may need to reduce your tanning time to accommodate you.

- If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel! There are usually clients on the waitlist that would love to have that spot.

- If you choose to listen to your own music/podcasts, etc. please be courteous of other clients and use your ear buds/headphones. This also applies to phone calls on speaker phone.

- Please use a Kleenex to throw out gum, bandaids or anything else that will stick to the garbage cans.

- Packages/minutes are non-transferable or refundable. Lotions and products are a final sale and cannot returned.

- Only tanning lotion brands that we carry in salon are approved for use in our tanning beds.
ex. lotions purchased from Amazon are not to be used.

- For your safety and the durability of the acrylic, there is a weight limit of 285 lbs on the lay down beds.

- Before you leave the room, take a quick peek to make sure you didn't leave anything behind.
There are two hampers in the hallway to drop your towel in on the way out.
