Today is Celebration of Senses Day, we use our senses all day every day. They work quicker than we can imagine. And if 1 or more of your senses are compromised the others are more stimulated and become more alert.

Did you know we use 4 out 5 senses when having a massage?

Well its Friday, and today is a definitely a feel good Friday for me. I have been got through to the finalists for 2026 The UK Hair and Beauty Awards for Rising Star. This means I have got into the top 50 for 2nd year running. So excited. Hehe. Results will be live streamed again in August. So I shall keep you posted.

Honestly can't believe it. Beaming from ear to ear that little me has done it again. Hehe. Exciting.
