Smart Recovery

10.45am slot available tomorrow!!

Top reasons your problem area is still hurting.

-you arent addressing your habits. Your body is a summation of your habits...eg. You sleep on your belly with your head to the left most of the night.. That trap on the left is going to be tight..

-you still arent moving enough. You sit for 10 hours a day then wonder why your lower back hurts and your hamstrings are like rocks.

-you arent addressing your muscle imbalances - aka you need to be stretching and strengthening the right places.

-lastly.. Your appointments for likes of sports massage are 6 months apart. 😂

Remember... Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Slot available today for up to an hour!

Another certificate to add to the wall. I was already doing a lot of MFR in my sports massages so was good to deepen my knowledge and learn a few new techniques to include in my practice. Thanks Alison with Inspire training.

Here at Smart Recovery we understand that everyones needs are different.

You may be someone who suffers with fluid retention in your legs.. But also suffers with lower back pain...

This can make it hard to pick a treatment option.

More and more i find myself tailoring treatments for my repeat clients for their spefific needs such as this.. For example breaking an 1 hr and 15 into part lymphatic drainage part sports massage..

Or sports massage part relaxing hot stones.
