Taking a proper break doesn’t mean I love my business any less. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

I care deeply about every client who trusts me with their brows, every student who chooses to learn from me, and every person who supports my business. That’s exactly why I’m taking this time away—to rest, reset and come back with the energy, creativity and focus you deserve.

It’s been an incredible year already. Every appointment, every conversation and every familiar face has reminded me why I love what I do. Thank you for making this year so special.

From 31st July until 17th August, I’ll be switching off properly. Messages and emails will be answered once I’m back in clinic, and I appreciate your patience while I take the opportunity to recharge.

Laser PMU & tattoo removal has officially arrived at The Brow Haus.

This hasn’t been a quick decision. I first studied laser and the science behind removal back in 2024. Since then, I’ve taken my time deciding exactly how I wanted to bring it into my clinic.

For me, buying a laser was never enough. I wanted to understand the technology, have the most suitable machine and the right trainer who would, most importantly offer a much deeper understanding of how different PMU pigments can respond when treated with laser.

So yes… it’s taken me a hot minute 🙆🏻‍♀️ but it was intentional.

After years of specialising in brows, I see so many women who don’t necessarily need another brow treatment and many of you will have heard me say “NO” to further treatments or to a cover up.
Sometimes, we need to deal with what’s already in the skin first. This is where I think honesty around removal really matters because ……
🚫Laser cannot remove every pigment.

Permanent makeup pigments are complex. Different colours, formulations, depths and previous treatments can all affect how they respond. Some may respond beautifully to laser, while others may require a manual removal method, or potentially a carefully planned combination approach.

I’m not going to promise anyone that one machine can magically remove everything.

What I can do is assess what we’re starting with, explain the options honestly and help you navigate the journey towards the end result we actually want:
skin that gives us the best possible canvas to create beautiful brows again.

Because removal isn’t always the end of the brow journey.
Sometimes, it’s where the better one begins.

Some transformations run deeper than simply how they look.
This client had lost so much of her natural brow over time. The colour had faded, the shape had become lost and what was once there had become so sparse that her brows were barely framing her face anymore.
And that is the part people often underestimate.
When your brows disappear, it is not always just about wanting to look more polished. It can affect how awake you look, how balanced your features feel and sometimes even how much you recognise yourself without makeup on.
For this client, the goal was never to create big, heavy or overly “done” brows. It was to rebuild what had been lost in a way that felt soft, believable and flattering to her face.
So instead of masking the problem with something blocky or harsh, I created a brow that brought back shape, structure and presence without taking over her features.
The result is a transformation that still looks like her… just with the kind of brow definition she had been missing.
This is what I care about most with my work.
Not copying the same brow onto every face.
Not chasing trends.
Not creating something obvious for the sake of it.
But understanding what is missing, what will flatter your features long term and how to create a result that feels natural, balanced and wearable every single day.
