As the days get colder and the nights get darker, we're moving into Fire - our season of warmth, restoration and winter rescue. And with it come three new limited-edition Winter Packages, created for the months when slowing down, warming up and taking a little more care of yourself feels particularly good.

A warming combination of amber oil and hot stone massage, finished with a luxury hot chocolate and time to unwind in our relaxation lounge.
🔥 Amber Glow | 1 hr 30 | £94
Full-body exfoliation, warmed amber oil, massage and your choice of makeup application or an express manicure — followed, of course, by hot chocolate and relaxation.
🔥 The Phoenix Ember Ceremony | 4 hours | £159
Our ultimate winter reset. Facilities, exfoliation, hot stone full-body massage, our Mind & Body Glow Facial and plenty of time to simply switch off.

A little look back at something lovely that happened at Broughton last week.

Elements joined the Leisure Club at the Marriott for their Macmillan Coffee Morning, bringing together coffee, cake, conversation and a little bit of self-care, all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

We brought along our free nail station, while Stella talked all things women's health, fitness and nutrition, with plenty of coffee and cake involved too. ☕🍰💅

We talk a lot at Elements about wellbeing, but for us it's also about community, connection and creating spaces where people can come together.

Thank you to everyone who dropped in, supported the morning and helped make it such a lovely event. 💚
