I had a vision for this space. This weekend, it finally came to life 🥹

I’ve been on my healing / wellness / self-development journey for over 10 years now. It continues to help me grow and evolve as a human, and honestly I don’t think the journey ever ends, it’s a constant getting to know yourself, again and again.

But when I discovered breathwork a little over a year ago, something just clicked. It shifted something in me. And from speaking to people day in, day out, I know how many of us are quietly struggling. I truly believe that slowing down, having tools to help really connect with your body and get to know yourself deeply is where so much of the magic happens.

So I had the vision: to turn our space into somewhere we don’t just support clients 1-1, but somewhere we can gather. To heal, to feel, to just be 🤎

And it’s happened.

This weekend we welcomed two sets of beautiful humans. Saturday night was a sound bath hosted by Happy Bean Movement temp with the amazing Karolina Lapwing I had the pleasure of just attending, and it was 👌👌

And Sunday was a breathwork session held by me, my first proper one in the new space.

Months of planning and decision-making has been a lot but once I set my mind to something, not much can stop me. I knew I needed to step into something new, something that felt more like me. And exhale just feels perfect 🥹

8 years of Luna, a lot of growth, and something really exciting to share.

This is a big change, but honestly it feels like the most natural and exciting decision I’ve made in a long time.

I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately.

22 years in this industry is a long time. And somewhere along the way I picked up a habit a lot of us have, apologising for what I know and shrinking it down maybe, I’m kind of done with that.
