What a morning! 💙
We hosted our very first Seabody Movement Stretch & Release class in Kerry with the wonderful and were joined by the most gorgeous group of women and honestly, it exceeded every expectation.🌊
Using the same oils, balms and breathwork from our spa treatment, the class was designed to activate the fascia, release tension and return the body to ease. And that’s exactly what it did.
We then headed to for coffees, treats and some great conversations. Thank you to everyone who joined us, it kicked off the bank holiday weekend in the most perfect way!
