Onda Pro or Morpheus8? How to choose between body contouring treatments.
Both target stubborn fat, cellulite and loose skin, but they work differently, feel different and suit different areas. Which one is right for you depends on your body and the area you want treated, and your doctor decides.
Questions about Onda Pro or Morpheus8? Drop them in the comments and I will answer. đ
Painful bumps on your back? It might not be regular acne.
Back breakouts that hurt, itch or keep coming back need the right diagnosis before the right treatment.
Guessing with scrubs and spot treatments can make them worse.
If itâs been weeks, get your back examined instead of experimenting.

𧴠Sunscreen is super essential â
But canât be messy/sticky/white cast/occlusive. This then is discouraging and one will not use it regularly đ¤
So,
Along with sunscreen that you can apply - as much as you can and the best one suited for your skin ,you can also đ
1ď¸âŁ Add coloured make up on top - liquid / compact.
2ď¸âŁ Internal sunscreen - supplements like RA bright and RA Defence.
3ď¸âŁ Food rich in antioxidants - like greens , berries, haldi etc.
4ď¸âŁ Physical cover - hat / cap / boyfriend shirt. đ
Ageing akin is natural. Ageing well is a plan!
Skin changes at every decade, and what works at 30 isnât what works at 50

Aesthetic treatments may look trivial but it isnât so getting carried away by trends is one thing you definitely avoid, remember the Covid times while you got carried away by all the skin care and all the actives that you heard various bloggers talk to you about you bought them you tried them and then what happened? You ruined your skin barrier and came running right back to your DR, which is where you shouldâve begun in the first place.
Now I am not saying that this or any equipment is good or bad . Xerf is a fabulous technology but the hype and the way patients are being lured to pre book the treatments and getting free bees on top is whatâs worrying me. Hence the post please tell me whatâs on your mind.
Also please do not let markets and advertising Dr your decision. It has to be your DR and your skin and your goals that needs to decide the treatments.
Another thing that I would like to warn is new treatments and new machines will be launched every now and then so be cognisant okay of what you have just done before this how much gap is a healthy gap? Should you really be loading on every treatment onto yourself? Who is it? Benefiting you or the Clinic?
One of the most common pre-event questions we get- what works with zero downtime?
⨠Peeling- for dead skin
⨠HydraFacial- the glow booster
⨠Q-Switch Laser- targets pigmentation, age spots, and melasma on underarms, back, legs, and arms
DermatologistApproved
Small little changes back home can make a big impact on acne prone skin.
Everyoneâs asking which skin tightening treatment actually works. Hereâs the real difference, live from my clinic.
Sofwave and Ultherapy are both ultrasound-based, non-invasive skin tightening devices- but they donât do the same thing.
Sofwave fires only at a depth of 1.5mm â designed purely for skin tightening at the surface level.
Ultherapy fires at three depths- 1.5mm, 3.0mm, and 4.5mm- using three different transducers to work across skin tightening, tissue lifting, and even fat lifting, all guided by real-time ultrasound imaging so we can see exactly what weâre treating before firing a single line.
This is why âwhich one is betterâ isnât the right question- itâs âwhich one is right for your skin and your concern.â Depth changes everything.
Non-invasive. Ultrasound-guided. No downtime. This is the science behind skin tightening.
