My Story ...


I have practiced yoga for 14 years, initially finding my passion for health, wellness and yoga at university. After completing a foundation immersion course in London during 2010, I decided to embark on my yoga teaching certificate - completing this in 2011. Following on from this, I have completed various advanced yoga courses and trainings. My key passions and strengths with yoga

All levels flow, variations of postures will be shared.

Class focus tonight… 🤍

Mindful movement to support the body’s natural energy flow - using twists to open up and free the body. Taking time in each shape to release the spine, ribcage, shoulders and gently stretch the hips.

Breath work to activate the parasympathetic nervous system - setting the tone for a calm, focused practice.

Benefits of incorporating twist postures in your yoga practice -

• Improves spinal mobility
• Opens the hips
• Activates the core and builds stability
• Enhances circulation and lymphatic flow
• Twists stimulate the digestive system
• Calming for the nervous system

Open level class, an inclusive and calming environment. Class size is limited to allow for plenty of space.

The opening class will be extra special, including skincare and wellbeing treats. Please note this class will be 75 minutes (the remainder classes will be 60 minutes in duration).
