Good morning all 🌻

TODAY will be the start of a new journey ✌🏼 I am running the salon solo! This marks a new beginning for the salon. With this new chapter come new 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 and 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 that will help me continue providing the best possible experience for each and every one of you. These changes are being introduced to improve the quality of service— not to make things more difficult. My goal is to create a salon experience that is 𝑜𝑟𝑔𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑑, 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙, and 𝑒𝑛𝑗𝑜𝑦𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 for everyone!
I kindly ask for your cooperation by arriving on time for your appointment. Please plan ahead - everyone knows traffic has no rush hours! 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞-𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 to avoid clashing with the rest of the day's bookings. I'd also like to remind everyone of the salon's cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice (and no-shows) will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.

Finally, a kind reminder that the updated price list will come into effect as from 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰.

A little message to all my clients,

As many of you know, until recently there were two of us working full-time, and we were both consistently fully booked. Moving forward, I will be managing the salon alone.

I need to be honest about the reality of the situation. One person cannot do the work of two. My available appointments are limited, and unfortunately I cannot accommodate everyone, no matter how much I would like to. If I say I am fully booked, it is simply because I have reached my capacity, and please know it is never personal.
I kindly ask that my time, working hours and availability are respected. Please understand that I may not be able to respond to calls immediately, will do once hands are free.

I take great pride in the service I provide, and I never want to compromise quality by taking on more than I can realistically manage. I would rather be honest than overpromise and let people down.
I kindly ask for your understanding and respect during this transition.
