We’re expanding our Pure Fiji offering into skincare + beautiful new facial and body treatments, bringing those dreamy tropical scents, nourishing formulas and that holiday feeling into your treatment room. 🌴🤍

Our Pure Fiji and Sothys collections will now sit beautifully alongside one another, giving us even more to work with when creating your perfect treatment and skincare ritual.

A little goodbye to our Ange 💚

This one feels extra special… and a little hard to put into words.

Ange has been such a huge part of Pure over the years, and for me personally, such an important part of my journey. Before Pure became ours, Ange was the one who owned the business — and she was also the person I completed my apprenticeship with. She taught me so much, not only about being a beauty therapist, but about caring for clients, loving what you do and creating a space that people feel comfortable in. I’ll always be so grateful that she was such a big part of that for me. 🤍

And then there’s just Ange being Ange… bubbly, energetic, hilarious, fun and always bringing a little bit of chaos and a lot of laughter with her! 😂 She has been such a beautiful part of our team and our Pure family, and we are definitely going to feel the difference without her around.

Thank you, Ange, for everything you’ve given to Pure, for everything you’ve taught us, for all the laughs, the memories, the busy days, the random chats and for simply being you. We’re so grateful our paths crossed the way they did, and even more grateful that we got to have you as part of our team. 🤍

We’ll miss you so much, but we’re so excited to watch you take on your next chapter.

A little reminder about our cancellation policy💚

We completely understand that life happens — plans change, little ones get sick, work runs late and sometimes things are simply out of our control. We will always do our best to be understanding where we can.

But when an appointment is cancelled or changed at the last minute, that time has been specially reserved for you and it often means we’re unable to offer it to another client who may have been waiting for an appointment.

Our cancellation policy simply helps us protect our therapists’ time and our small business, while keeping things fair for everyone.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee.

If you’re dreaming of your favourite treatments before Christmas, now is the time to get them in the diary — especially if you have a particular day or time you love.

Don’t leave your Christmas appointments until the last minute.
