BIG changes are already on the horizon!
I'm getting closer to wrapping up studying for my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Nutrition certification, I've started working with three Personal Training clients and... I'm moving!
Sometime after the 1st of August, I will be taking up residency in suite 114 on the bottom floor of my current building.
The space is significantly larger, with more rooms and will allow me to spread out, develop and grow the training/fitness side of my business.
PLUS! The bathrooms are right down the hall.
I'm taking the time between now and then to think about possibly giving my business an actual name, and maybe even think about branding.
Any an all ideas are welcome!
I'm so excited to have you all will me on this fast-moving journey!

Good morning and Happy 4th!
We had significant flash flooding over night and I know most of you have basements or ground-level homes that could have been damaged. Check i here to let me know how you're doing!

The parade here in Ames is still on, however I'm seeing that some roads may not be passable for a while, so plan to leave a bit earlier.

It there is significant standing water in the road, do that bother. Be safe and have a wonderful holiday!

I was battling a migraine most of Saturday and all of Sunday, so sleep was had.
Now, I've been up since 2:00 and have been productive!
Office laundry almost done, studying for more NASM certs, and programming a workout for my first personal training client's 3rd week; I would have had it done Saturday...but my body said nope.
Copious amounts of coffee will be had, and possibly a Celcius.
It will be a good day!
