Part 2 of our Know Before You Go series is all about helping classes start on time, run smoothly, and creating the best possible experience for everyone at Elite Nation Wellness. 🖤

A few friendly reminders before your next class:

⏰ ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so you have time to check in, find your station, set up, and be ready to go when class begins. For the safety of everyone in class, late arrivals cannot be admitted once class has started.

🏁 STAY UNTIL THE END
Every class has a scheduled ending time. Please choose a class that works with your schedule so you can stay through the end, enjoy the full experience, and reset your equipment afterward. Packing up or leaving early can be disruptive and create safety concerns for those still participating.

📲 CHECK YOURSELF IN
Checking in is each client’s responsibility! Use the Elite Nation Wellness app or the front desk iPad when you arrive. Our team may be assisting new members, setting up equipment, or helping with recovery services, so please make self check-in part of your routine.

These policies help us keep everyone safe, respect everyone’s time, protect our equipment, and keep our schedule running smoothly. 🤍

As a reminder, our updated policies are effective immediately, with full enforcement beginning September 1st. Until then, our team will continue offering friendly reminders as everyone gets accustomed to the updates.

📲 APP UPDATE: THE FIX IS LIVE! 🎉

Good news, Elite Nation Wellness! The iOS app issue affecting reservations and Pick a Spot has officially been resolved.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All iPhone users need to update to the latest version of the Elite Nation Wellness app for the fix to work.

We recommend:

1️⃣ Delete the Elite Nation Wellness app from your phone.
2️⃣ Reinstall it from the Apple App Store.
3️⃣ Go back to the App Store and search Elite Nation Wellness. Make sure you click UPDATE if the option appears.
4️⃣ Update, then log back into your account.

✅ Then confirm you’re running the correct version:

Open the app → Tap the 👤 profile icon on the bottom right → About

At the top, you should see:

Version 3.66.1 (Build 2)

If you see that version, you’re all set and ready to book! 🙌🏼
