I wanted to share an exercise for your neck that has helped my arm pain. :-\
My arm was hurting so much, especially when I lifted it over my head. I started doing this stretch that my chiropractor showed me a couple of years ago. I'm not exaggerating when I say my arm doesn't hurt anymore after a couple of months doing this. I'm confident that it could benefit you too!
