This page is all about celebrating everyday transformations and the beauty of each woman’s journey after 40.

I want to create a sense of community where women can share their stories and knowledge on how they’ve evolved in their own unique way.

Most people know the brand.

Few know the woman who built it.

Before Save The Girls became a nationally recognized brand, there was a woman with decades of leadership experience, a willingness to take a chance on herself, and a vision that continued to grow long after many people think life is supposed to slow down.

In this week's GlowInto story, I had the privilege of sitting down with Tami Lange to talk about the journey behind the business—the years that prepared her for entrepreneurship, the importance of family, the lessons she's learned along the way, and what it really looks like to build something meaningful after 50.

Her story is a reminder that success is rarely an overnight moment. More often, it's the result of years of experience, resilience, and believing that your next chapter can be your most impactful one yet.

✨ Read Tami’s story below, and if it resonates with you, I'd love for you to share it with another woman who needs the reminder that it's never too late to build something extraordinary.

There comes a point in life when you're no longer packing lunches or racing to the school pickup line—but somehow you're still taking care of everyone else.

If you're a woman over 40, you may be discovering that this season brings a different kind of responsibility. Your children are finding their own way, your parents may need you more than ever, and somewhere in the middle, you're trying to take care of yourself, too.

This thoughtful piece from Doreen Warfield is a reminder that while our roles may change, our need for strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally—doesn't. If you've been wondering why this season feels so different, you're not alone.

✨GLOWINTO STORY✨ Malette Johnson a contributing writer for GlowInto-this is her story.

When I sat down with Malette Johnson, I expected to learn about financial literacy. What I discovered was a woman who made the courageous decision to stop living by everyone else's expectations and start building a life that reflected her own purpose.

From overcoming self-doubt to launching MJ Em'Powers, Malette has transformed her experiences into a mission of helping children, families, and communities gain the confidence and knowledge to create brighter financial futures.

One of the things I love most about GlowInto is discovering that every woman's story is about so much more than her career. It's about the choices she made, the obstacles she overcame, and the wisdom she gained along the way. Malette's story is no exception.

Living today doesn't have to be the life we settle for.

I gave a presentation on creativity recently and then yesterday I read that one of the real inspirations of Rosie The Riveter had passed away at age 100. I did something a little different I recorded a story to share with you including some of the points from that talk as well as my thoughts about Jeanne Gibson and what she left behind after inspiring an iconic poster that we all know well. "We can Do It!"

The most powerful part of a woman’s story is the moment she realizes she is exactly where she is meant to be.

“I feel like I’m really the person now that God designed me to be.” — Carla

“I absolutely had a career change in midlife, and it never really occurred to me until this moment.” — Christine

“Make time for the things you want to try. Not later. Not when everything settles down. Now.” — Meggan

“I knew too many adults who hated Mondays. You’re spending the majority of your life there. Why not do something that you love and look forward to?” — Melanie

These words are just a glimpse of the honesty, courage, and wisdom shared during the first six months of GlowInto.
