This is a 45-minute one-on-one session with Holistic Esthetician Sarah Iveson focused on flower essence support for emotional wellbeing and mind-body balance. Flower essences are subtle, vibrational remedies taken orally to support emotional wellbeing, inner balance, and mind-body connection. During your session, Sarah guides a thoughtful conversation to identify the flowers most aligned with your current emotional landscape and life experience. Each essence carries its own unique energetic qualities, working together to support clarity, groundedness, and ease in daily life.

Each session includes a custom 1oz flower essence blend formulated specifically for you. After your appointment, Sarah will also send a personalized email outlining each flower in your blend, along with its qualities and intention, so you can continue working with your remedy beyond the session.
