❤️ Sometimes God sends you a reminder right when you need it most. 🙏

I need to share something that truly touched my heart yesterday.

I had stopped to admire one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. As I stood there with tears in my eyes, trying to find the strength to keep going, I looked up at the beautiful sky God had painted before me.

And in that moment, God blessed me in a way I never expected.

I received a message from my dear friend and customer, Mandy.

She told me about a friend of hers who lives with fibromyalgia and had been struggling with terrible neck and shoulder pain. Mandy had taken a jar of my Okie Relief to her friend’s house and personally applied it, hoping to bring her a little comfort.

Later, her friend sent Mandy a message, overwhelmed with gratitude, saying how much better she felt. She was crying tears of joy and thankfulness.

Then Mandy said something I’ll never forget.

“You are TRULY doing God’s work.”

And there I stood, tears already in my eyes, reading those words.

I had stopped to find a little strength for myself, and God used someone else’s story to give me exactly what I needed.

I was standing there looking for a reason to keep going, and God reminded me that I still have a purpose. ❤️

When I started Okie Glow, I wanted to create natural products that people could feel good about using. But somewhere along the way, it became something much more meaningful.

My greatest inspiration comes from my customers, who have become my family.

Your stories, your struggles, your encouragement, and the kindness you show one another inspire me more than you will ever know.

And Mandy, I want you to understand something.

You were the one who showed up. You were the one who took time out of your day to care for someone who was hurting. You were the hands that offered comfort.

And to me, that’s what doing God’s work looks like.

I pray over every batch I make. I don’t always know whose hands those products will end up in, what they’re going through, or what burdens they’re carrying.

But God does.

I don’t claim to heal anyone. I know a little jar of tallow can’t fix everything that pains us in life.

But maybe it can bring a little comfort. A little relief. A little hope.

And sometimes that’s exactly what someone needs.

Yesterday, I was reminded that even when we’re struggling with our own battles, God can still use us to be a blessing to somebody else.

And sometimes, while we’re trying to help someone else find a little relief, God sends someone to remind us that we matter, too.

I stopped yesterday to watch a sunset and find a little peace.

I left with renewed strength, a grateful heart, and another reason to keep going.

Thank you, Mandy, for your beautiful heart and for being part of a blessing I didn’t even know I needed.

And to my customers who have become family, thank you for continuing to inspire me.
