Honey hands challenges our followers to try the 30 day animal based challange! 30 days of only animal based food, zero processed junk, zero alcohol and 10 minutes of early morning sunshine a day! We are starting ours with medium rare steak with a sun-dried tomato cream sauce and a side of smashed tallow fried potato! Great skin starts with great gut health!

As many of you know, in addition to running our small business, teaching is a huge part of who we are. ❤️

Brandon is heading into his 7th year teaching Pre-AP Chemistry and Chemistry at Joshua High School, and Kate is going on year 10 and will be teaching Chemistry and Pre-AP Chemistry at Burleson High School this year.

We truly love our small business and dream of one day doing it full-time, but for now we’re grateful that we get to pour into our students every day while also growing something we’ve built together.
