I used to loveeee to gossip with my friends. Most women do! It’s what we’ve been taught to do & normally feels completely harmless in the moment.

But the more I realized how much my language creates my reality, the less joy I found in sitting around speaking in half truths, replaying the same stories, & talking about things I had absolutely zero control over.

Gossiping is truly just another way of staying inside the same story. And if that story isn’t serving you, whyyyy keep giving it more energy?

When I switched to actually speaking in facts, what I’m grateful for, & what I was excited about, my friendships actually got deeper & my life slowly started feeling more fulfilled.

The stories you live in & the words you use ARE creating your reality. Make sure you’re creating one you actually want to live in😉

4 phrases I’d stop saying immediately🙃 Because at the end of the day, you’d never purposely derail your life.

You don’t drive an hour out of the way for work when you’re already running late.

You don’t spend thousands of dollars if you know you don’t have it in your account.

You don’t walk into a grocery store, fill your cart with all of your favorite things, pay for it, & then leave it there for someone else.

You don’t see a giant pothole in the road & think, “let me drive directly into that”.

Babe, you’d never intentionally do these things because the outcome is obvious.

But your language works the SAME exact way & influencing your life in ways you have yet to even realize.
