Anddddd thatās why we use a water filter at the spaš«£ I think we all know how awful Iowa water has gotten, and thatās why itās so so important that we arenāt only filtering what we consume, but also what our skin is absorbing.
I only use the Filterbaby here at the spa! To me, itās another form of skincare because of how many impurities it helps remove from our local tap water.
We spend so much time focusing on products, treatments, & routines, but the small things like the water you use everyday matters just as much, babes!

Just kiddingā¦ kindaš That last video got a LOT of attention from my inner circle. So much attention that for a second, I almost deleted it.
Then I remembered THAT was the whole point.
Some people were triggered, some disagreed, some laughed, and some didnāt get it at all.
During all of this (sharing because I even had to remind myself briefly), I had to remember the BIGGER thing - other peopleās reactions arenāt mine to control and most of the time, those reactions are just pointing us towards something deeper whether thatās:
ā patterns
ā limiting beliefs
ā old narratives we tell ourselves
Ironically, after seeing some of the reactions from the people closest to me, I had things come up too.
The only difference is that THIS time, I didnāt spiral for days or months like the old me. I knew how to move through it & get back to feeling grounded within minutes.
And thatās what this work is truly all about.

Real life example of building trust within myselfš®āšØ It took me 7 attempts (and LOTS of words of affirmation) to finally let go of control & the fear that was stopping me from following through with this silly couples challenge.
The biggest lesson really was all about trust in myself, my partner, & Life.
I am realizing I can trust myself to be able to handle whatever happens. As I trust my partner to support me, that trust builds greater levels of security.
And when that trust builds - confidence follows, alignment happens, & I begin to really trust Life!
Trust starts with you, babeš«¶š» Even when it comes to the silliest & smallest things!
