I am a stylist at the Crown Beauty Bar, located off spring street, I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Arkansas! Hair is what I love, and im passionate about all of my work! I attended the Angus Mitchell Cutting Academy in Beverly Hills in May 2012, and it opened my eyes to creativity there in this industry! Okay, people! We LOVE a transformation! 🧡 But full transparency… transformations are a PROCESS!
This is my second Cowboy Copper transformation that had my heart wanting just one more session! 😂 But I’m still so proud of the progress, so we’re posting it!
Next week, we’re planning an all-over copper gloss to help marry everything together and create that seamless, rich copper finish.
When you’re working through old color on ends but also beautiful virgin darker hair mids up, sometimes it takes a couple of sessions to get where we want to be. And that’s okay! Healthy hair and beautiful results are always worth the process.
But can we all agree that copper was MADE for her?! 🤠🧡

One of the biggest blessings and most mind-blowing moments happened two weeks ago during a 30-minute consultation with a beautiful woman growing her hair back after chemo.
We went deep, and halfway through, I realized she didn’t know my story. So I asked, “How did you find me?”
Her answer? ChatGPT.
CHAT. 🥹
A tool I’ve had mixed feelings about helped connect me with someone who needed exactly what I had to offer. It reminded me why I continue sharing my story.
This part of my career may not grow me financially, but it fills my heart and soul in ways money never could. It allows me to turn the crap life cards I was dealt into lifelines for someone else.

I remember craving someone who understood. Someone who could look me in the eyes and say, “I see you. You’re not alone, I’ve been in this same mirror.”

✨ DIMENSIONAL BLONDE REFRESH ✨
We softened the overall blonde, added intentional depth, and created a more seamless, lived-in grow-out while keeping those bright pops around the face.
For this transformation we used Davines Progress Lightener and Present Time 6.72 + 9.0 for the root blend and lowlights, then toned with Davines View 10.0 for that soft, creamy finish.
The goal: less stripey, more dimensional, expensive-looking blonde. ✨
Healthy hair + intentional placement + the right tone = everything.
My report card said “talks too much.. My paycheck says “keep going.” Sorry, Mrs. Carter… I am for real.

Five years that physically feels like 10, but mentally somehow like 2. How something can feel like forever and also a blink of an eye all at once.
This has been one of the biggest journeys of my life — and it still continues. I love the people I share this space with, and it’s taken five years to build that.
The words that keep surfacing lately are: I’m ready to stop surviving and start thriving. I truly feel like this is our year.
Learning everything on your own is scary, and owning a business is not for the weak. If I could tell my 30-year-old self anything, it would be this: protect your peace first, and never underestimate the beauty of building slow. It’s worth it.
