To the women who sit in our chairs, who carry so much and ask for so little in return—you deserve every moment of rest, every ounce of care, every reminder that you are allowed to take up space too. This is your place to exhale. Bring your littles if you need to (we’ll have the juice boxes and coloring pages waiting), or slip away for an hour of quiet and let us care for you in the ways you so often forget to care for yourself.

And to those holding their hearts tenderly today, we’re thinking of you and wrapping you in a blanket of love and support. You are not alone. 🤍
