Después de más de una década en esta industria, hay muchos consejos que me hubiera gustado recibir cuando recién empezaba. Este es uno de ellos.
Cuando estás comenzando, sientes que necesitas tenerlo TODO: más equipos, más tratamientos, más productos, más de todo.
Pero no necesitas hacer tantas cosas para empezar bien.
Enfócate en los pequeños detalles. Invierte primero en lo básico, en productos de calidad y, sobre todo, en educación continua. Porque mientras más entiendas lo que haces y por qué lo haces, más seguridad vas a tener en tus tratamientos y en las decisiones que tomes para tu negocio.
No se trata de crecer rápido. Se trata de construir una base sólida para poder crecer de manera segura y sostenible.
