Baby I had about 40% to give today… so I gave the 40%! 😂👏🏽 I’m learning that consistency isn’t about always feeling motivated. Sometimes it’s simply keeping the promises you made to YOURSELF. Day 14 DONE! Now leave me alone, I’m tired. 😭😂

Adult friendships have taught me that I don’t need a lot of people around me… I just need the RIGHT ones. ❤️ Genuine love, honest communication, mutual support and people who actually SHOW UP. Life is too short for one-sided, complicated friendships. Quality over quantity every single time! 👏🏽💕

Day 12 I’m learning that I don’t have to run myself empty just to prove that I care. ❤️ I can say NO, miss the function, need some space, protect my peace AND still have a good heart. Baby, sometimes I simply don’t have the capacity… and I’m done apologizing for that!
