As we step into a new season at Arch, including the launch of our Head Spa and continued growth within our existing services, we’re opening our doors to a few new beauty + wellness professionals who care deeply about their craft, their clients, and the experience they create.
We’re currently looking for:
✂️ Licensed Cosmetologist — full or part time, with a focus on growing our brand new Head Spa department. No chemical services required.
🫧 Licensed Esthetician — minimum one year of experience. We’re also currently rewriting our 8-week training program and are SO excited about what’s coming for our esthetics team.
Beyond filling positions, we’re looking for people who want to build a career with continued education, leadership support, room to grow, a team that roots for you, and a beautiful space to do what you love.

Meet The Arch Reset, our newest head spa experience, created for you take a moment to slow down and reset your mind + body.
Our signature head spa experience blends intentional scalp care with deep relaxation! Your reset begins as we take a closer look at your scalp health. Warm oil is massaged into the scalp followed by layers of scalp stimulation and warm stones. A deep cleanse lifts away buildup, refreshing the scalp for what’s to come next. A deep conditioning treatment paired with warm steam nourishes the hair before settling into the rhythmic flow of our water therapy. Lastly, a neck and arm massage brings your experience to a slow soothing finish 💆🏽♀️
